With Covid-19 spreads all over the world, our client from Bangladesh had to quit his trip to us, inspecting the production and loading to the containers of iron oxide pigments he ordered. In early August, we were awarded a contract by the client from Bangladesh, who is doing the business of painting and coating. As it was the first cooperation between us, client was very careful with every step. We suggested him to ask SGS China for help, who can do the inspection at factory and at port. The client agreed our suggestion and arranged SGS China to come for the inspection when production was done, ready for loading.
On August 17th, one inspector from SGS came to our factory. He checked all the details, from raw materials, production line, analysis center to the finished products. Many pictures were taken for the final report. Some samples selected in random were taken to their analysis center for test. One week later, we received the report of SGS, shared by the client. He was very satisfied with what we had done. “You guys are doing a very good job. I am deeply impressed. More works will come to us in the future”, said the client. With his confirmation, we arranged the shipment. New orders are under discussion now.
