This is the fourth order of the client since we established a cooperation with him. When the customer first contacted us, the product he needed was sodium gluconate SG for concrete. We found out through our conversation that he is a distributor of construction chemicals in Chile. So the customer usually purchase both SG and SNF from our company later. Because of the previous pleasant cooperation, the old customer is very satisfied with our quality and shipment of sodium gluconate and sodium naphthalene sulfonate. The order quantity has increased from the initial trial order of one small container to four containers.
