What Are Main applications of PPH-T03?

Food, fertilizer, cement packaging bags. Woven bags made of PP T03 have excellent tear resistance and weather resistance, and can withstand long-distance transportation and harsh environments.

Ton bags. Suitable for heavy packaging such as chemicals and minerals, with a load capacity of up to 1-2 tons.

Agricultural ropes. Corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant, suitable for scenes such as fisheries and gardening.

Geotextile. Used for roadbed reinforcement and anti-seepage projects, with high strength and acid and alkali resistance.

Carpet base fabric. PP T03 can be woven into industrial carpets or automotive mats after drawing.

Sunshade nets and dustproof nets. Anti-ultraviolet, suitable for construction sites or agricultural coverings.

1. What is PPH-T03?

PPH-T03 (T30S) is a raffia grade homopolymer polypropylene produced by Sinopec, Grand Resource(Juzhengyuan), Oriental Energy and other mainstream refineries. PPH means PP Homopolymer. It is a low MFR, high-crystallinity, high-rigidity grade, principally used in the production of plastics woven products. Products made from this resin are water repellent, resistant to corrosion, mildewing, abrasion and have long service lives.

2. What is the MFR and core parameters of PPH-T03?

Typical MFR is 3.0g/10min (230℃/2.16kg). It features high tensile strength 30–34 MPa, high crystallinity ≥96%, low ash content ≤0.03%, excellent tensile and bending stiffness, stable extrusion performance with few black spots and broken wires.

3. Is PPH-T03 resistant to low temperature?

Not recommended for low-temperature impact scenarios. Homopolymer PP has poor low-temperature toughness. It is easy to crack below 0℃ under impact load. For cold storage, outdoor and low-temperature anti-drop products, please choose impact copolymer grade PP.

4. What are the main applications of PPH-T03?

PP flat yarn, woven bag, tarpaulin, rope, net wire, pipe extrusion, sheet, plate, general rigid injection parts, bottle caps, daily rigid plastic products.

5. Can PPH-T03 be used for injection molding?

Yes. It supports general injection molding for rigid products with low impact requirements. Due to low fluidity, it is not suitable for thin-wall, high-precision and complex structural parts. It is more suitable for thick-wall simple rigid parts.
