What Are Key Characteristics of B101 Anatase TiO2？
- Excellent whiteness and Bblue hue. B101 has an extremely high L value and a low b value. This “blue-white” appearance provides a cleaner and brighter visual experience, making it particularly suitable for interior coatings and papers requiring high whiteness.
- Excellent dispersibility. It disperses rapidly in various water-based and solvent-based systems, reducing production energy consumption and time.
- Good weather resistance. Although anatase TiO2 inherently has limited weather resistance, this coating significantly inhibits its photocatalytic activity, extending the color retention and service life of interior coatings.
- Stable chemical properties. Good compatibility with bulk resins and additives.
- Ideal Particle Size Distribution. This gives B101 TiO2 excellent hiding power, effectively masking the underlying material and reducing paint application.It also boasts good paint flowability, resulting in a smoother and more delicate final paint film.
