Excellent Properties of PPH-GF03H

Processability: An MFR value of approximately 3.0 achieves an ideal balance, ensuring both excellent film-forming properties during extrusion and casting, and sufficient melt strength to withstand subsequent high-speed biaxial stretching.

Film-forming properties: High isotacticity means that the molecular chains are aligned and crystallize more efficiently. During casting cooling, a stable and uniform β-crystal or microcrystalline structure is formed, which is a prerequisite for subsequent uniform stretching.

More stable processing: Melt rheological behavior is more stable with minimal fluctuations, facilitating the production of films with excellent thickness uniformity.

Excellent optical properties: Reducing the uneven crystal size caused by molecular weight variations results in films with low haze and high gloss.
