Density: 0.950 ± 0.002 g/cm³ (23°C). This high-density classification (≥0.940 g/cm³) is attributed to the linear molecular architecture, contributing to the material’s stiffness, tensile strength, and barrier properties.
Melt Flow Rate (MFR) / Melt Index (MI): 1.0 g/10 min (190°C, 2.16 kg). The dual MFR values indicate a broad molecular weight distribution, enabling compatibility with extrusion, blow molding, and injection molding processes by balancing melt strength and flowability.
Environmental Stress Crack Resistance(≥100 hours). This exceptional ESCR value is a hallmark of Lotrene Q50100, indicating resistance to crack propagation under combined mechanical stress and chemical exposure. So it is critical for long-service-life applications such as industrial piping and chemical containers.
Low-Temperature Performance: It has a brittleness temperature ≤ -70°C, which ensures dimensional stability and impact resistance in sub-zero environments, eliminating brittling risks in outdoor or cold-storage applications.
Hardness: This hardness value(Shore D 61 ± 2) balances rigidity for structural integrity with sufficient flexibility for forming complex geometries during fabrication.
