The Borstar® bimodal polymerization technology achieves a precise ratio of high-molecular-weight to low-molecular-weight molecular structures. The low-molecular-weight component imparts excellent melt flowability and extrusion processing performance to the raw material, making the production process smoother and more energy-efficient. The high-molecular-weight component provides a solid foundation for the material’s mechanical properties, significantly improving the film’s tensile strength, impact resistance, and resistance to environmental stress cracking.Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā 

Exceptional high and low temperature mechanical toughness. The molded film maintains stable mechanical strength in both normal and low-temperature environments, without exhibiting brittleness or toughness reduction issues at low temperatures, making it perfectly suited for cold chain food packaging, outdoor low-temperature applications, and other scenarios.

Excellent sealing and crack resistance. BorougeĀ FB2230 boasts excellent heat-sealing performance, high heat-sealing strength, and uniform, strong sealing edges. It is compatible with high-speed automated sealing production lines, effectively reducing packaging defects such as leaks and breakage. Furthermore, its environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) is outstanding. It is not prone to cracking, aging, or peeling even after prolonged exposure to humid environments, mild acid and alkali corrosion, and outdoor temperature fluctuations.

It offers superior molding appearance and stability. The raw material has high melt strength and excellent bubble stability, resulting in good thickness uniformity during blown film forming. The finished film exhibits high flatness, excellent transparency, and a uniform matte finish, free from obvious crystal points and streaks. It meets the appearance and texture requirements of packaging films and is also suitable for the high-precision production needs of wide-width films and multi-layer co-extruded films.Ā Ā Ā
