Core Performance Advantages of PA14D-2 PP

PA14D-2’s basic physicochemical parameters are consistent with PA14D, offering excellent compatibility and usability across all PPR pipe production lines. Simultaneously, its core performance has been comprehensively upgraded, far exceeding that of ordinary pipe-specific materials.

Ultra-high cleanliness, top-tier hygiene level. It can achieve zero black particle content, with no black spots or discolored particles, ensuring a transparent and pure raw material, eliminating pipe appearance defects. Meanwhile, it fully meets the hygiene standards for direct drinking water and high-end water purification pipes, ensuring a higher level of drinking water safety.
Significantly improved mechanical rigidity. Tensile yield strength ≥26MPa, flexural modulus ≥780MPa. Compared to ordinary PA14D, rigidity is significantly improved, with stronger resistance to sagging, deformation, and tensile strength. Large-diameter, thick-walled pipes exhibit more stable forming dimensions.
Upgraded impact resistance. Impact strength at 23℃ can reach 72~76kJ/m². The pipe has better toughness, making it less prone to cracking and damage during transportation and installation, resulting in a higher tolerance for defects in the finished product.
Ultra-long thermal durability and anti-aging. Oxidation induction period at 210℃ ≥48min. Significantly improved thermal oxidation resistance, making it less prone to aging and embrittlement under long-term 95℃ high-temperature hot water circulation and high-pressure conditions, extending the pipe’s service life.
Excellent creep resistance and ultra-durability. Excellent performance in 8760 hours of long-term hot water hydrostatic testing. Minimal pipe creep under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure operation, with no leakage or deformation, suitable for commercial pipe networks operating continuously year-round.
Strong adaptability to high-speed processing. Smoother melt flow, uniform output, and controllable wall thickness precision, perfectly compatible with high-speed automated pipe production lines. Extremely low scrap rate under high-speed mass production conditions, suitable for high-end pipe precision production.
