>> Woven Bags

This MFR range ensures smooth melt flow during drawing, easy orientation of molecules, and uniform fiber formation, without the problems of breakage or uneven thickness. The processing temperature for drawing is controlled at 160-220℃, and the drawing process can be completed with simple parameter adjustment, reducing production costs for enterprises.
>> Stable Mechanical Properties
PP T30S has excellent mechanical properties that are tailored for drawing applications, with a tensile yield stress of 30-35MPa and a tensile breaking stress of 39MPa. These performances ensure good load-bearing capacity, wear resistance, and tensile strength for fibers and woven products. Its elongation at break can reach 590%, and the flexural modulus is not less than 1100MPa, which makes the fibers, woven bags, ropes and geotextiles made of it have good toughness and impact resistance, and are not easy to break or deform during use.
