As a PE112 grade product, its minimum required strength (MRS) reaches 11.2 MPa, far exceeding the 10 MPa of PE100 grade, resulting in superior long-term hydrostatic strength. It can stably withstand higher conveying pressures under conditions of 20℃ and a 50-year service life. Compared to PE100 pipes, its impact strength is 2-4 times higher, and its resistance to environmental stress cracking is twice as strong, effectively reducing the risk of leakage and damage in high-pressure pipelines, making it suitable for demanding conveying scenarios such as high-pressure drinking water and high-pressure industrial media.
  2. Multi-Peak Structure Provides Excellent Processing and Mechanical Balance. Adopting a multi-peak molecular weight distribution design, it balances the processing fluidity of the low molecular weight fraction with the mechanical strength of the high molecular weight fraction. The high-load melt flow rate reaches 6.4 g/10 min, making it suitable not only for conventional extrusion processes but also for the production of large-diameter, low standard-to-diameter (SDR) high-pressure pipelines. It boasts high molding efficiency, a smooth and defect-free pipe surface, and excellent resistance to deformation, resisting the external forces caused by soil settlement.
  3. Excellent anti-aging and weather resistance. With the addition of 2.25% carbon black and rigorous dispersion treatment, it effectively resists UV radiation and environmental aging. Even with long-term outdoor exposure or deep underground burial, it maintains stable mechanical properties, is not prone to embrittlement or cracking. It has a service life of over 60 years, significantly reducing later maintenance costs.

Strong adaptability to special media, suitable for new energy scenarios.It can be used in hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines, and can withstand the transportation of natural gas with a hydrogen content of up to 20%, meeting the development needs of the new energy gas industry. It also possesses extremely strong chemical corrosion resistance, resisting the erosion of industrial media such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
