Films produced using FD0274 LDPE exhibit high transparency, high gloss, and low haze, significantly improving the visual appeal of packaged goods and meeting the demands of high-end retail packaging. According to test data, at a film thickness of 50μm, its gloss reaches 75, transparency is 85.0%, and haze is only 6.5%. The film is clear and bright, clearly showcasing the internal product form, while minimizing fisheyes, further enhancing the film’s appearance quality. Simultaneously, its embrittlement temperature is below -70℃, maintaining good flexibility and resistance to cracking even at low temperatures, making it suitable for frozen food packaging and low-temperature transportation scenarios.

FD0274 LDPE boasts high processing tolerance and strong adaptability, allowing for molding through various methods such as film extrusion and blown film production. It is compatible with single-layer and multi-layer blown film and casting equipment, meeting diverse production needs. Furthermore, this LDPE resin has extremely low water absorption, requiring no drying during routine production. No significant additive precipitation occurs during processing, and it is not prone to aging with long-term use, effectively reducing production losses and improving efficiency. It can also be blended and modified with materials such as LLDPE, achieving a balance between performance and cost by adjusting the blending ratio.

It has passed FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 certification, making it suitable for food-contact packaging, and complies with EU REACH regulations. The material is a semi-transparent granule, odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic. The formula includes antioxidants, exhibiting good chemical stability, resistance to alkalis and common organic solvents, and excellent moisture resistance, effectively protecting the packaged product from external environmental influences.
